About · Concept firm
VANTAGE is built on a simple premise: businesses rarely lack information. They lack a vantage point from which the trade-offs are visible.

Advisory work carries an obligation to be plain. We would rather present three honest options than one persuasive recommendation — and we say clearly where a decision depends on judgement rather than evidence.
Engagements are deliberately small in team size and close to the people running the business. That keeps the analysis grounded, and keeps the advice usable after the work ends.
Principles
01
Complexity is usually a signal that the question has not yet been framed properly. We spend time there first.
02
Advice is only useful if it accounts for margin, cash, capacity and the people who have to deliver it.
03
We work with leadership rather than around them. Decisions belong to the business, not to the adviser.
04
Every recommendation is written to be acted on, with a sequence and an owner.

The people below are illustrative personas created for this concept. No qualifications, licences or credentials are claimed.

Managing Partner · Strategy & Growth
“Most strategy problems are actually clarity problems. Decide what the business is really choosing between, and the path usually presents itself.”

Partner · Financial Advisory
“A model should make a decision easier to see, not harder. If leadership cannot explain the numbers themselves, the work is unfinished.”

Director · Transactions
“Good diligence is disciplined about what it ignores. Concentrate on the few findings capable of changing the outcome.”

Director · Transformation
“Change succeeds where it is designed with the people delivering it. Sequencing matters more than ambition.”
